My musings have not been that interesting to me so it's been a while since I have posted anything. Today on Facebook, a friend started a thread that continued all day -- people who misuse words or mix them up; like our and hour, your and you're, two, too, to, etc. Happens to be one of my biggest pet peeves. That and the misuse of the apostrophe. Unless the word is a contraction (I will = I'll) or is possessive (The dog's bowl), don't use an apostrophe! Let's not forget the lowly comma, either. You use a comma when making a list but only between the word list (Mary has four brothers; Sam, John, Rick and Joe). Check this Web site for more comma rules: http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/commas.htm. They have all the rules.
